This is generally used on vans with stabilizer (sway) bar links that are straight and do NOT have a curve in the middle (see diagram). Typically this means models from mid 1985 on. To confirm which size you need, put a wrench around your sway bar. It it's 19mm in diameter, this is the one you need. If it's 21mm in diameter order the 21mm bushing below. And if it's 23mm in diameter, you have a very rare sway bar for the U.S. and need the 23mm bushing below.
