This goes between the stabilizer bar (sway bar) and the top of the stabilizer link. It is only for a 23mm diameter sway bar. 23mm is not a particularly common size in the US; more are 19mm or 21mm (linked below). To determine what size sway bar you have, see what size open-ended wrench (19, 21, or 23 mm) fits around your sway bar.
