This is generally used on vans with stabilizer (sway) bar links that have a curve in the middle (see diagram). This typically means most Vanagons thru mid 1985, as well as many later vans that are Westies or Syncros. To confirm which size you need, put an open ended wrench around the sway bar itself. It it's 21 mm in diameter, this is the one you need. If it's 19mm in diameter order the 19mm bushing linked below. And if it's 23mm in diameter, you have a very rare sway bar for the U.S. and need the 23mm bushing linked below.
