Last year we moved to a new larger location (a former supermarket). This year we're taking advantage of the extra space to stock thousands more parts than ever before. Just this season alone we have three container loads of parts coming from Europe, and smaller shipments arriving daily. By importing directly, we not only cut out the middleman to save you money, but we can get better brands or parts that are not sold by U.S. wholesalers.

Cheap, not Free Shipping. Why?

We believe in transparent pricing. That means that your savings come right off of the parts prices. It's just a more honest way of doing business than charging you extra for the parts, and then giving you the same money back and calling it "free shipping." We have instituted new lower shipping rates that we negotiated with the carriers. Also we don't have hidden extras like "shipping insurance." Combined with our lower prices, you'll almost always find that we have the best total delivered price, "apples to apples" (same quality). Please see for yourself. If you find a price somewhere else that seems to be lower, or a shipping rate that seems to be off, please call us or email sales@busdepot.com before you buy. We will do our best to beat a competitor's price, and if the shipping calculator got it wrong adjust that too.

Canadian Customers: All shipping rates use either U.S. Mail or FedEx or UPS Air. Unlike UPS and FedEx Ground, these rates already include the customs brokerage fees, so you won't be hit with a huge surprise bill on delivery. (Of course you will still be billed for the actual import tax itself, if any.) Also, our toll free number now works in Canada.

Better Selection.

Eight times as many parts as the next
largest specialist - many of which are sold
nowhere else in the U.S. If you can't get it
at the Depot, you probably can't get it.

Special Order Service.

If we don't have it but can get it in Europe,
we'll special order it and import it for you -
saving you the overseas shipping cost,
import duty, customs fees, and hidden
credit card foreign exchange fees. Not to
mention assuming the risk if the item gets
damaged in transit, or simply never arrives.

Backorder Option.

Unfortunately backorders can happen on
old VW parts. We all hate it. Most retailers
just cancel those items on you. But we've
got you covered. In most cases we'll ship
them separately (on our dime) when in.
Of course you won't pay for them until they ship (or can cancel if you'd rather not wait).

Prompt Shipping.

Most in stock orders ship the same or next business day via FedEx or USPS. For rush orders, we also offer optional Expedited service, door to door as fast as overnight.
