We want, and appreciate, your business! If you find a better deal at another online VW parts specialist, we’ll do our best to not just match but BEAT the price. If we can’t, we’ll give you $10 off your next $100 order.

Just email us at sales@busdepot.com with a screenshot of the competing item on the competitor’s website showing the item and price, and include the competitor's URL and your city/state/zip.  You can do this before ordering, or you can place your order and put a note in the “notes” field during checkout that you’ve also emailed a price-beat request, and we’ll check it promptly and get back to you before releasing your order. The comparison must be apples-to-apples (meaning the same or comparable quality/brand, i.e. not an OEM part vs. off-brand Chinese). Ultimately were looking for a customer, not a loophole, so if at all possible we'll make it work for you. 

Item must be on the website of a North American retailer specializing in parts for VW's, and stocked at both retailers. No limit to the number of times we’ll do our best to beat prices, but only one coupon per month per entity/address during the offer period, and we may request a screenshot showing that you actually did buy the item elsewhere.

Sale Items are typically limited to stock on hand and may change at any time. They may be distributor overstocks, liquidation inventory, New Old Stock (N.O.S.), or a negotiated a special deal from a supplier. They are new and first quality unless otherwise noted. However, in some cases there may be some aging on the packaging or other similarly insigniificant imperfections simply because they have been sitting around a while (even though never used). As a general rule, other discounts, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied to Sale items, nor combined on the same item.
