This replacement is a much nicer quality than the one found elsewhere in the U.S, constructed with heavy gauge powder coated metal (the others are unfinished and will rust out like the original) and with the correct locating seat for the spring to sit in. Installation is straightforward: Remove the old plate by drilling out spot welds, align the holes, and plug weld through the extra holes.
