Detachable hose and shower head, (about 5 feet long), supports cold or hot & cold water. 10x10 cm size, takes 6mm hole. (If used on a Westy this will fit the stock hole and is close in size to the other inlets, but you will have to drill new screw holes as they do not line up to the Westy inlet.) Quality brass fittings behind. Does not include the hose & connectors you'll need to supply water to it. You'll need Whale part #s WX1503 or WX1504 quick connects (one for cold water only, 2 for cold and hot), which are about $12 on Amazon prime, plus 15mm O.D. water hose.
