These OEM German switches have become very scarce, but are worth the few extra bucks due to their higher quality.
Disclaimer to 1983-up VW owners: This is European spec switch, so it disables the seat belt warning chime when your seat belt is not fastened, if your VW has one. (It has a blank spot where the 6th pin would be that triggers that chime, as that was a US only feature.) While you may not be a fan of that chime, technically it's considered a "safety feature" so if you use this switch and defeat the chime it's at your own risk. The aftermarket switch, linked below, does have the 6th pin for triggering that chime.
