Delta Six Faucets, Sink Pumps, Hookup Inlets, and Parts Delta Six is Back ... and Better! Westy enthusiasts may know U.S. based Delta Six as the original manufacturer of many of the Westfalia designed camper parts found on your VW Camper, such as hook-up inlets, faucets, poptop skylight parts, and more. Alas, after Vanagon Westfalia production ended, Delta Six entered a long period of decline and neglect. Although the company halfheartedly continued to make replacement parts, they cut so many corners in product assembly and raw materials that the finished products no longer met original Westfalia specs. Even Westfalia-Werke's solid design and engineering could not overcome the poor execution and lack of quality control. Whereas the original parts typically lasted 20 years or more, the replacements often failed much sooner. Unfortunately, for many years there were no other direct-fit alternatives. All of this changed In 2010, when Delta Six / Euro American was finally rescued by new owners who appreciate the company's unique history and value to the VW camper community. Avid Westy enthusiasts themselves as well as experienced tradesmen, they set about to bring Delta Six back to its former glory. The original molds and tooling were painstakingly renewed to original factory specs - the first time in ages that serious money was invested in production quality. Improvements were made to both functionality and durability, and a rigorous 100% quality control regimen was implemented to insure that each piece is individually tested to meet (or even exceed) original factory specifications. The result is a line of products that still maintains the factory look, but is modernized to 21st century standards. We are happy to report that the new production - still made entirely in North America - is the highest quality we've seen in decades, at least as good as what came on your Westy when new, and better in many ways. Best of all, due to modernized production techniques, the prices have actually gone down! Delta Six products are available in the U.S. only through the Bus Depot and our select retail partners.
