This has a smooth paintable finish, as opposed to most aftermarket ones that have a textured finish that cannot easily be painted. It does not have holes for lights, but does have outlines for cutting them out. Note, these are ABS plastic and may have minor scratches or surface marks due to the way they are shipped to us from the factory (not individually boxed). You can easily sand/refinish any minor imperfections prior to painting.
