This fits 5 cylinder and 12 valve 6 cylinder Eurovans (thru 2000) as shipped. It can also replace the no-longer-made 2001-up 24 valve version, except that the overflow nipple is in a different location so for '01 up you must replace the overflow hose with a longer piece. (It's generic hose, you can get it at any auto parts store.)
