First, the included blowout plug replaces your city water inlet cap and allows you to attach a tire inflator to it, so you can use air to force any remaining water out of the lines. Then you attach the included syphon to the same water inlet, which draws RV antifreeze directly from the jug into your water lines to protect them. The syphon is designed for RV use and is certified drinking water safe. You can find the necessary non-toxic RV antifreeze at most hardware, department, or auto parts stores (and of course read and follow your Rialta manual for complete details on the winterizing process).
