High quality clamp design used on Mercedes-Benz cars is similar to the original VW clamp, but costs much less. Unlike conventional hose clamps, they are not just non-serrated but also have rolled edges, so there are no sharp points that can pinch the hose or fray it over time. And unlike crimp-on clamps, they can be securely tightened without special tools, and can be removed and re-used. Made of Galvanized steel, which makes it extremely rust resistant.
