This CAT fits correctly, which is surprisingly uncommon. There has been a real problem with several brands of "direct fit" CAT's that look similar but are designed wrong - either they won't make a proper seal to the pipe, or are the wrong length causing the muffler bracket not to line up. We sent back numerous CAT's from several suppliers until we found this one that has the proper OE fit. Requires 2 gaskets sold separately, linked at bottom of page.
