Note to Syncro owners only: This seal will replace the very expensive and hard to get 2-piece Syncro seal, if you remove the metal carrier collar on your Syncro's pulley prior to installation. However it is not intended to be submerged in water like the Syncro seal is, so if you do that sort of off-roading you may want the Syncro seal. (You would need both pieces linked below.)
