This is a much nicer antenna than the ones sold elsewhere, as it features a sprung mast, which not only gives it a period-correct 70's-80's retro look, but also helps protect it from snapping if you catch a low hanging branch or go through a car wash. 3-stage retractable design. Also available with chrome base, linked below (although that version lacks the spring).
Bus Owners: If your antenna mounts to the body in two different places, you probably need the dual-base antenna, linked below.
Vanagon Owners: If your antenna mounts on the front of the van directly below the windshield, rather than at the side of the windshield, you probably need a top mount antenna instead, which is also linked below.
