While newer resistor plugs (such as those linked below) do interchange, some VW purists insist the original style non-resistor ones work better. (Or perhaps it's just because older plugs were better quality, who knows.) In any case we have a few sets of NOS plugs left, so if you count yourself among the believers this is a chance to grab a set or two. We should probably note that non-resistor plugs can interfere with AM (not FM) radio reception if you still listen to that, although it's not as common on old VW's since the radio's in the front and the engine's in the back. Priced each.
