This high-output bulb replaces the stock inner high-beam bulb on an '86-91 Vanagon (and other vehicles). It roughly doubles your high beam brightness, and provides a whiter, more visible light than lower-end bulbs. Because this bulb draws more current than a standard Vanagon bulb, a relay kit is required. You can purchase this relay kit separately, or our complete VisionKit upgrade which includes everything you need - the bulbs, high-output low-beam bulbs, relays, wiring harnesses, fuses, and simple "plug-and--play" instructions - at a discount package price. Note, we also highly recommend checking/cleaning all grounds when using high-output bulbs. Priced each.
