This is the correct seal for a Rialta, and differs from the standard Eurovan version. (Technically it is actually more of an edge trim than a seal, since the Eurovan windshield glues in.) Many auto glass places use the wrong seal, so it's best to order this seal for them (or have them order it from us).
There's no easy way to replace this trim without removing the windshield, which often means replacing the windshield too as it is difficult to remove without breaking. Fortunately new windshields tend to only run a few hundred bucks, including installation, at many auto glass places. (If you get a high quote, shop around, and make sure they know it's the same as a Eurovan windshield installation other than using a different trim seal.)
It's worth checking for rust around your windshield. If there is some visible rust, it's possible that there is more hidden by the seal. If left unrepaired, rust holes can form which may allow rainwater to get behind your dash and short it out.
