This is the closest available replacement for the no-longer-made original, and is similar but not precisely identical.
Vanagon owners: Your copper lines were hand bent and no two are exactly the same. It is possible that you may need to shorten and re-flare your lines, using a re-flaring tool available at a hardware store.
Eurovan owners: You may need to orient the replacement regulator so the vent hole faces down.
Warning: Propane is very flammable. If you are not confident of your ability to work with it, have a local propane or RV specialist install the part for you.
