This is the best of the aftermarket mirrors, although still not as good as the OEM one linked below. It will still tend to get floppy over time like the original did, as that is a flaw in the factory design itself. You can reduce that tendancy by just setting the mirror to the position you like before mounting it, and then carefully snugging the nut under the mirror mount. (Don't go crazy torquing down on it or you can break it.)
We also offer this in an OEM Convex version, linked below, for improved visibility. Better yet is our convex Land Rover Mirror Upgrade Kit, also linked below. They hold their adjustment better, look great, and unlike these they can also replace power mirrors.
