Rear Hatch Strut - Stronger than Original

This quality European made strut is the perfect resistance - stronger than stock, but not stiff enough to make your hatch too hard to close when there's no additional weight on it - making it an ideal upgrade over the original. It's also much better quality than the Chinese made ones sold elsewhere.  You can spend more but you won't get a better strut.

We also offer an even stronger version (linked below) if you want to raise the hatch with something heavy on it like a bike rack.

While these are priced each, we always suggest replacing hatch struts in pairs for maximum performance and lifespan. Mixing one old and one new can shorten the lifespan of each. Easier/cheaper in the long run just to do the pair and be done with it - especially at this price.
