This is a bargain, as genuine VW turn signal assembles are nearly impossible to find at any price, but there's a catch. This assembly is European spec. In Europe the turn signals are just turn signals; they do not also turn on with your headlights. So the bulb holder lacks the additional terminal needed to make the bulb light up when your headlights are on. (Put differently, it's designed for a single-filament rather than dual-filament bulb.) The bulb holder is integrated into the housing and not designed to be swapped out, so it will take some ingenuity to add the extra terminal/wire needed to allow parking-light functionality. Lens not included, sold separately below.
