1984 Vanagon Owners: Look inside one of the spark plug wire holes on your existing cap and see if it has a pin inside of it. If not, use 03010 (linked below) instead.
1985-88 Vanagon Owners: You can optionally use the 03214 cap (also linked below) instead of this one. It has a black shield around the cap instead of using the metal shield and ground wire that your van came with. There is no particular advantage to switching to that design (and it costs more), but if your existing cap has a black shield around the orange cap then someone already switched them and you should probably just buy another of the same.
